Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable: these include gift cards, sale items, and personal care goods such as nail polish. If your return or refund request is due to a defective product or error on our part, please reach out to us at the contact information below for further assistance.

If you have any questions about our Refund Policy, or if you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us at concierge@lepetitsalon.us.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at concierge@lepetitsalon.us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
For service bookings, such as nail salon sessions, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will not be eligible for a deposit refund.
No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance, you will not be eligible for a deposit refund.
You may cancel your membership subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be eligible for a prorated refund for any portion of the subscription fee.
